Inn at the Pier Pismo Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton

Aesthetically very pleasing and is just as the images online show. We booked fire pit sea view room and was exactly as advertised. In a great location, right on the pier and with loads of restaurants, bars and shops on the door step. Valet was simple and easy. As we entered our room it was modern and spacious but did have a real strong smell of bleach and the floors were quite slippery. Everything very clean and comfy. Only downfall and the reason for not giving 4 stars was the service in the rooftop restaurant. The waiter (guy with tattoos and long hair) was nice enough, but restaurants are not for him. Service was very slow with only 3 tables to look after. He even asked me questions about the kids menu as he wasn’t ‘so familiar with it’. Food and drink offer was however nice. ||I woul

This is our second visit at Inn by the Pier and it will forever be one of our favorites. I wanted to highlight the amazing work and warmness of the staff. Especially Anastasia at the front desk, whatever she is being paid is not enough. She goes above and beyond and made our trip extra special. As well as Jesse at the front desk too, he's also amazing as well. They were helpful with our reservations and always helped when we needed anything. Breakfast in the lobby is delicious. I highly recommend the Short rib hash! Make sure you ask for a side of the house made chili Verde salsa. The rooftop restaurant is lovely in the evening. Their food selections are great as well. Like I said I cannot boast enough about this place. We will be back often, it's our new favorite spot.

For Valentines day my GF and I for the first time visited and stayed in Pismo Beach. We choose Inn at the Pier, we both need a handicap room and we were both pleased with our accommodations. All staff were pleasant and courteous, however parking is valet only but the gentlemen were always quick and friendly. We both enjoyed our stay with no problems.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Fireside room was awesome and worked flawlessly.Mandatory valet is something to consider.Rooftop bar is nice but seemed to be understaffed but it was a Sunday evening so no fault there.All in all hotel was exactly as described nothing more nothing less.Other Hotels nearby have definitely won in terms of guest relations and over all inviting/friendly atmosphere at-least for this particular visit.

We stayed here for three days and two nights while I was showing my girlfriend the California Central Coast, with Pismo Beach as our southernmost destination. We drove from San Francisco to Pismo Beach over two days, entirely along Highway 1. Anastasia was absolutely amazing from the moment we made our reservation. She helped us choose a fantastic room and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. We arrived right at golden hour, and my girlfriend didn’t know where we were staying. It was a surprise. And wow, was she surprised when we walked into the room. It was sunset, and the golden light flooded the space just as we entered.
