Comfortable beds, close locations to beaches and foods!

To start we were told our room would be ready at 2pm and someone would call us. We came back at 2:45pm and were told it would be ready by 4pm and someone would call us. We came back at 3:30pm and were able to check in but still we had not received a call. The elevator was broken. The hall way to our room was dirty had trash and crumbs. We got in our room and noticed it was semi-clean. My bag was on the luggage rack and I noticed a bug crawling on it. It was a Kissing Bug! They carry Chagas Disease that can lead to serious health issues! We wanted to change hotels all together but were not able to find another on such short notice. We settled for changing rooms. This was a nice hotel a long time ago. Now it's terrible. Do not stay here. Arrived and the staff are all outside smoking. Checked in and felt uncomfortable because the elevator, halls are not clean or maintained. Arrived at the room. Holes and satins in the carpet, dirty walls and windowsill. Air conditioning has dust and dirt in the vents and on top of unit. I only stayed the night because I was attending a concert and everything was sold out or I would of checked out and requested a refund, like i saw many people leaving. Never Again...

Dirty, trash on the floor, white stains on the chair, barely any phone service, and the tiny elevator opens before it even stops moving. the staff also work at the hotel beket next door (the beket place is better), so when you first show up theres no one at the counter. You have to call them for anyone to show up. The photo is the chair and floor your greeted with on the 2nd floor. Not much care put into this place.

This review is because the place is an EYE SORE. I stayed at another hotel and it ruined my view. They have dirty old mattresses and a plethora of battered desks under the building exposed for everyone to see. It reminded me of a haunted crack house. I hope the town will enforce some standards on how they maintain their property.
