Inn At Camachee Harbor

We had a fantastic stay in room 29 at this inn! Clean, large, quiet, a functional kitchenette, a comfy king bed, and two patios with wonderful views of either the big bridge or the boats in the harbor. The price was right- even was dog friendly! A quick drive to the fort and old town. We'll stay here again next trip to St Augustine!.

The Inn at Camachee Harbor felt like a retreat. A good one. The room was clean, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable to be in. From the moment of walking in, it felt like a space where staying longer would have been easy, and very welcome. Everything about the room made it simple to relax. Nothing felt overlooked or impersonal. The setting by the water added to that sense of calm, with boats coming and going and birds nearby, giving the whole place a steady, peaceful rhythm. The hospitality was kind and easy, which mattered. It felt like a place that respects your space while still making you feel welcome. Leaving wasn’t something I wanted to do, and it’s somewhere I would gladly return to.

Booked through Vrbo because pictures looked stunning. My family and I were excited about being on the harbor so we could watch boats come and go. We pulled in the parking lot to find construction next door to the inn. No one communicated to me through the app about the fact that 50ish feet away there was a construction area. I walked to discuss that with the front desk and was greeted by an overwhelming musty smell. I have asthma, which would have flared due to mold and mildew. I knew I couldn't stay between those two issues. When I mentioned the construction, the person at the front desk immediately went into defense mode. Stating that "no one else has complained" and that there "wasn't that much noise from the construction" and that it didn't "block that much of the view." He showed me w

I took my girlfriend for our 3-year anniversary. we stayed for the weekend, and it was amazing. being able to wake up and watch the sunrise over the harbor was just beautiful. we loved how close the location was to not only the history of downtown but also beaches and shop.
