Inn America ( Lewiston)

Hi ! I came in last minute with no booking and i was just driving up from Boise going to Spokane and just wanted to sleep a good 2-3 hours and hop onto the road again and first of all the service is amazing here. The rooms are what you pay for not Luxury but enough to sleep. The lady upfront is a sweetheart. She made me a small care package and I wish her the best even though it was 2 in the morning. This was just a stop we took but if I were coming to stay in Lewiston I would recommend staying here because the service is great :) if you want luxury rooms go to a different hotel but if you just want sleep and nice and friendly service of course go here.

I had a great experience at the in America. Janice was the front desk. She took care of all her needs. Got us a couple extra pillows made her stay here just feel like family. Food was good cozy good atmosphere nice people definitely worth booking.

Have stayed here through out the years but recently it was just bad. When we arrived my partner looked at reviews on his phone and saw recent bed bug issues here weeks prior. We asked the front desk lady what guarantee could be made about bed bugs in the rooms she said they have been treated but couldn't guarantee it. We searched the rooms for anything and didnt find any evidence of bugs but the rooms are so extremely out dated its bad. The water is luke warm never got hot for my shower. The bed was the worst it slopped on both sides where you felt you would almost roll out of the bed off the side. Only benefit is we were close to the Christmas lights.

The location is great. Staff was nice. That’s about all the good things I have to say. The room was dirty, maybe nothing but the bed linens were cleaned before I checked in. Hairs in the shower and on the air conditioning unit, the inside of the fridge had old crumbs, the floor had crumbs and dirt, the toilet needed scrubbed. And there were only EIGHT channels on the TV. What year is this?! The one tiny barely stocked vending machine was only offset by the close proximity to restaurants. MOD Pizza is right below the hotel, McDonald’s is across the street, grocery store is a few lights up the street. Believe the reviews about this place being gross. I didn’t try any breakfast because with a room that dirty I didn’t trust whoever was doing food.
