Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston

Very pleased with this Courtyard which apparently just opened two months ago. The perfect respite after a 6 hr drive! Extremely comfortable room; pleasant, well designed lobby. Nice bathroom with ample hot shower water and good pressure. Nice location on the ridge south of town with beautiful views looking north including the Clearwater River. Staff we met were helpful and friendly. Excellent exterior patio with a large gas fire pit and ample number of chairs.

This is a brand new hotel so it’s clean and there was everything we needed, including a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker and most importantly the beds were comfy. Last night the staff was friendly. I checked in in two seconds quickest ever and I travel a lot . However, every time the person below us shut their door, it vibrated my bed, and the shower kept going from slightly chilly to burning hot.

This is a brand new hotel! We just finished our 3 night stay here during our trip across Idaho, we absolutely loved this hotel! It has an absolutely beautiful view of the mountains above Lewiston from the rear of the hotel, we could see it from our rooms! We will definitely be back!

Had an issue with an evening check in. My reservation was in the computer but for some reason they could no process my check in. Very alarming at first but Kam was very calm and understanding. "Understanding" being the keyword here. A large line had accumulated during this time. There was no manager on duty but Kam had figured out a way to get us in our room. Room and hotel are new/clean. Missing a star because the this courtyard does NOT offer free breakfeat like other courtyards do.

While the place itself was very nice I can’t say the same for the front desk employee named Harley. Upon our arrival, we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. We waited and waited until the very nice woman named Jess from housekeeping came out and did her best to page Harley on a radio.. In the meantime, the phone started ringing and still no Harley. We waited some more and then Harley finally showed up and instead of answering the phone and putting that person on hold and tending to us, she left us there while she talked on the phone. While she was on the phone She whispered to us, Are you checking in? My husband gave her his drivers license. She did our entire transaction while she was on the phone. We came to the front desk, two more times that afternoon, and she was neve
