FairBridge Inn & Suites Lewiston

First, I want to acknowledge that the staff at this establishment is amazing, and the owner is very involved in the day-to-day operations. You won't encounter anyone who is rude; they truly go above and beyond to assist you in every way possible. The room I stayed in was spacious, but it had an odor, so I had to purchase an air freshener. It seemed that housekeeping was short-staffed, as my requests sometimes went unaddressed on the first try. Additionally, the pool was not open because it was running on only one pump. I was told multiple times that it would open, but that never happened. The biggest issue I noticed was the apparent lack of motivation among the staff. Hotel room was nice, front desk attendant Susan decided it was necessary to call 3 police vehicles, a ambulance, and fire truck for me smoking 25ft from building, in designated smoking area. After having a pleasant conversation at check in and informing her I worked a 12hr day prior. Found it super unprofessional. The hotel isn’t bad, but employee decided to take it to the extremes. Will be requesting different lodging in the future.

Spent one night here recently while traveling to northern Idaho. My room was spacious and I was able to sleep pretty well. The price I paid for the room was reasonable as well. I very much appreciated the covered parking I was able to utilize, due to the structure of the property.

We got a discount for a tournament so booked with them. Should have looked at rating and reviews. It is very apparent this is an old building that has not been updated much. Rooms were fairly clean but it was clear to us that scents were used to cover up other smells in hallway, lobby and rooms. The included breakfast was minimal. The only ice machine in the building on the 4th floor did not work. The elevator had just been repaired when we checked in thankfully. Public toilet on first floor was plugged with water everywhere. The hotel is next to the railroad tracks. The front desk staff were pleasant but overall not a great experience.

Positive: Nothing this stay. Negative: First room we had, the air conditioner didn't work. They changed our room but down. Graded it. We found no drain. In sink, the TV didn't work, and I went to take a bath, and I turned the water, and the whole faucet fell off shooting water out the wall.
