Strange place to stay, seemed almost like the show "life after people" where no one was around , it was cold at the time, and the place gave us a really creepy vibe.

Wish I read the reviews first. I would never stay here again. We used our T-Mobile discount to book a room and when we checked in, we were sent to a smaller room without being told it wasn’t what we booked. When we went back downstairs and asked the receptionist about it, she simply said they didn’t have the room we booked. We weren’t even offered any sort of price adjustment for having a smaller room. The room was non-refundable, so they basically stole $30 from us. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if the room wasn’t so disgusting. I was surprised I didn’t see any bugs, but it’s probably because it was too disgusting even for them. Just see the pictures for yourself. My room was great on the 5th floor. However for a place that reopen by new owner they tried their best to maintain however the first person they allowed to work the front desk made it hard on the owner. The people they chose to put in the hotel made it hard on the workers. If we talking about the owners let’s talk about how the people made it a garage dump. How the grown people couldn’t clean up behind themselves. How the little workers they had tried to keep the place clean and livable but the people made it hard to do so. Let’s talk about how many foul play was going on there. I’m not blaming the owner or workers they tried their very best. I pray they reopen and great things happen for them.

Never make a reservation with this hotel. I booked a room three days in advance at 8:00 at night. I realized I had booked the wrong area, so when I went to cancel it it said I have to cancel before 7:00 p.m. I don't know how that would be possible. So you cannot contact them, they never never answer. Their chat people finally got them a day later and the manager said he would not waive the $90 cancellation fee. Plus the hotel appears to be very nasty from the other reviews. Glad I didn't have to go there

Do not book. No one there to check you in, despite waiting for hours. Someone did eventually let my daughter and I into a room but were not given any keys. Were told there were no keys that they would let us in if needed. The room and hotel had pungent cat urine and mold smell. The place was dirty, trash everywhere and did not look sanitary. I left with my daughter without ever going into the room that had no keys. We did not feel safe. We were not refunded our money. Feels like a scam.
