Customer Reviews
The hotel is very nice and very clean. Room was big and comfortable. Really great location. Breakfast was very good. Always had plenty of coffee all day long. You can walk to the beach, Publix is right across the street and so is a good ice cream shop. Downtown was less than 4 miles away. Only thing I’m not crazy about is having to valet park for $27.50, although the valet service was very good. We stopped downtown before heading to the hotel to check it out. Parking there was tough. Once we got to the hotel we didn’t need the vehicle again. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Stayed here after our wedding and for the bridal prep day. Wonderful studio room with balcony. Everyone was wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and was fresh. I highly recommend Michael’s; trendy and unique dinner experience. Great location close enough from downtown St. Augustine but also far enough from the business.
Best Hotel to stay at, the staff is extremely helpful and overall cleanest Hotel Ive stayed at. The Valet parking is so nice to have especially when Ive had hip replacements. and the rooms are spotless and the view from all the rooms are great. Breakfast has a great assortment of foods. And the restaurants are excellent. This place is nice Ive been there 5 times since Last April. mThat should say it . Rosemary
Positive: Location Negative: Staff at the front desk, denied us access to our room by saying it was not ready, when in reality she had been saving the room to give to other people who booked more nights. After holding us off for four hours, the manager intervened. No apology.
Great and spacious hotel in a sleepy and maybe a little creepy kind of empty beach town. Talk about rare and cool vibes! Just a 10 minute drive to downtown so it was very convenient. The hotel is very well themed and has a very nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Front desk was very attentive and nice. I think it was the only HYATT I have been to that offered free coffee late into the afternoon. It was a little bit odd that in this empty town NONE of the tons of free parking allowed overnight parking. So you are forced to do valet, but at least they disclose this early and often. It was also odd and a first for Florida that they have an undisclosed until you walk in zero-tolerance gun policy; which is inconvenient at best and a disaster at worst. I didn’t want to risk getting trespassed
