Hyatt Place Louisville-East

We haven't stayed here in several years. Now I am wondering why! the hotel does show some signs of age, but the staff is wonderful. Sarah, the evening shift, was fantastic. We already booked for February and March. There was a high school basketball tournament in for the weekend. They were polite and quiet. We had a fire alarm go off one evening and Sarah handled it beautifully! She is truly an asset to the hotel.

The hotel is not new, and could have some better conditions, but the service made all a great experience. The service and location, also price, make this hotel a really convenient option.

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location is great- close to highways and shopping. However, what really makes this hotel stand above the rest is the service. All of the employees I interacted with were so helpful, but Casey is truly a rockstar. She went above and beyond in every way. She was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind — the type of person who makes you feel right at home. Always smiling, quick to assist, and just radiating positivity. 10/10

I stayed at the Hyatt Place during a trip to Louisville, and it was an overall great experience! The staff was nothing but kind, and although I didn't get their names, they made me feel so welcome. The rooms was overall very nice, with just a few hints of wear here and there. I did have a funny thing where the TV in my room was Korean, but I was able to work around it. Overall, it was a great experience, and with some little tweaks and repairs to the room, it will be a stellar place to stay!
