Hyatt Place Fresno

The hotel was outdated. My room was smelly and the Air conditioner did not function properly. My coworker had to change rooms 3 times do to the Smell. ||The Bacon is horrible. Opt for the Sasuge. ||I will not be staying here lets hope other Hyatt are better. Im bugee

Stayed here for the weekend to check out Shaver Lake. From start to finish front desk took great care of me and the kids. Had an issue where we ended up in the wrong room but they satisfied it immediately. Specifically Michelle and Emily. They kept checking to make sure there was nothing else needed and went overboard to keep my children excited about the hotel. Next time I come to visit this is where I’m staying thanks to these ladies at the front and the cleanliness. Heated Pool was a plus.

Breakfast time ends at 9 am, too early!

The staff was very nice and accommodating to our stay and the need to check out late. But, the rooms are small, A/C doesnt work the best, the halls smell like trash and the trash hadn't been emptied in what seemed like all weekend. Dog friendly but only a small grass area for the dogs to go to the bathroom, it is in a busy area of town and has minimal parking.

We were there for a 2 night stay and asked the room service lady to freshen our room ( I have kids & were not messy but needed a vacuum of the hair ) and she either forgot or ignored me after I requested in person. Everything else was ok including the breakfast buffet. But housekeepers can improve.
