Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley

Our stay was comfy and pleasant. Check-in was easy and painless as it was all done electronically, and my request for early check-in was accepted. Fortunately for us, we were able to access our room at 9:30AM (normal check-in is 3PM)! They do use digital room keys via your phone and physical copies are available by request. Breakfast hit the spot with the usual offerings such as eggs, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruit, hot coffee, and fresh juice. The food offerings changed slightly with breakfast sausage patties and country potatoes on one day and breakfast sausage links and hash browns on the other. The lobby was packed as early as 7AM! The rooms do feel a bit dated, and the pillows could be more supportive, but there was ample space to make up for that. If you have food leftovers you want

I have stayed at this hotel on about 6 or 7 business trips now. It is probably one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff are always super friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable, super quiet area (other than nearby traffic) and the location is great - you can Uber to a huge variety of restaurants for very cheap (Uber Eats has so many options in this area also). My one single gripe is that the rooms do not have a microwave - but there is one available to use in the lobby!

Our stay at the Hyatt Place was nice. It was close to a main highway. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were always friendly greeting us in the morning and when we went out for the day. ||||The breakfast was great with common staples such as croissants, bagels, donut holes, steel-cut oats (with a variety of toppings), and the main course varied daily but always had a form of eggs, either bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes, and either waffles, french toast, or pancakes. ||||We had an accessible room. The floor was not carpeted; it was some type of laminate made to look like wood. That was nice, as I hate carpet! It was clean and had a large floor to ceiling window with motorized shades. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the manager, Brett, was especially accommodating, he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service, which made getting to nearby places, including the BART station, effortless. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and hospitality.
