Extended Stay America Suites- Fremont - Fremont Blvd. South

I had a very bad experience at this hotel because of the front desk lady. She was very rude and unhelpful. I forgot my wallet at home, but I had my email confirmation and booking code with me. First, she told me that because I booked through a third-party website, I could not check in unless the third-party company called her. I immediately contacted the booking company, and they spoke with her directly. After speaking with them, she changed her statement and told the third-party customer service that I still could not check in. She did not stand by her original words and was very unprofessional. This situation caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Very disappointing customer service.

I’ve had a great experience staying here. Kayla is one of my favorites she’s always fast, polite, and helpful. Catherine is also amazing and I always love seeing her. There’s also a younger Filipino lady (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name!) who is always so sweet and I love talking with her. These ladies are a big reason why I keep coming back. This Extended Stay is also affordable and much more respectful to their tenants than other places I’ve stayed at.

Thank you to Michael Jason for making our stay here a pleasant experience. He ensures that the hotel looks and smells clean at all times. He makes sure that cleanliness is top priority. Overall I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Fremont, California.

This is a DUMP. It should be torn down. The bathroom is a disaster. Rusty, discolored, just horrible. The heater almost caught fire the first night, smoke alarm went off at 2 am. Nobody cared. They were unable to fix the issue. We were in a jam, needed a week of stay before moving to our new place. And daughter with her cat were here, so needed a place accepting pets. If there is palace to file a formal complaint against the owners, please let me know.
