Hampton Inn Fremont

Stayed at this property and its location is somewhat decent. Only 1 elevator to access upper floors. This hotel only has 3 floors. Its dated but fairly clean. Its hidden close to highway but the traffic noise wasn't a issue. Digital key works here and plenty of parking available at rear of building.

We decided to take two days for our drive home from Eureka to Los Angeles. We had such a good experience with the Hampton Inn in Petaluma that we decided to try the Hampton Inn in Fremont right next to San Jose. Again another great stay with our dog at a Hampton Inn. I was able to choose the room online and the digital key was on my phone the moment we got there. I actually never needed to go to the main desk and was able to go straight to my room. You do need to sign up for the Hilton Honors Rewards program, but it does not cost anything and there are benefits to being a member. This is a very nice hotel whether you are traveling with a dog or just a two legged member of the family.

Positive: Staff was wonderful who went way out of his way to assist me. If I owned a hotel, I would want him to run it. Negative: TV remote was horrible. Also more rooms on ground floor should have grab bars in the showers.

Great Place, Great Spot, and the Manager Nick did a wonderful job, and his Customer Service was Great! The whole staff did an amazing job, and we’re all very pleasant! Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay

I arrived about an hour and a half early before check in. I was hopeful to be able to get in my room a little early as I had to start work at 3pm and wanted to try and freshen up and get situated. When I was waiting in line I could over hear the front desk attendant tell the customer in front of me a very lackluster I'm sorry your room isnt ready, check in is at 3pm response. I went ahead and asked if my room, or any room was ready a little early. Just like the previous customer he walks away from the front desk to go to his back office, comes out a few minutes later and gives me the same im so sorry check in isnt until 3pm speech. He wouldn't even look at me when speaking it felt very insincere, and condescending the way he spoke. I checked in on the Hilton Honors app the day before
