Hyatt Place Fort Myers/at The Forum

The staff is great and very welcoming. The hotel quality looks great in the lobby. As soon as you get to the elevator, it goes down hill. The comforter had stains on it, the carpets look like they have never been cleaned, and the pool was freezing I do not recommend.

Dated. Staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are worn out and in need of remodel. Years ago, we stayed here multiple times with the baseball team. Always a great experience. Returning to find a worn out hotel was a little surprising. I get the market allows for the pricing - but, the franchise owners should return some of the investment in the property. Not the level I expect from this brand. Again, staff is incredibly nice.

Positive: Close to highway Negative: The bathroom was way too small and the for closes about 2 inches away from the toilet

My flight was canceled, thanks American, and I needed a hotel fast. This one was not to far and what I needed it for. The front desk clerk, Mara, was super sweet and nice. She was personable and made sure I received I requested. I had a dish that I knew would get spoiled if it was jo in a freezer and she took it upon herself to make sure my frozen dish was secured.

Stopped here to stay overnight From a late flight before we started our vacation the next day. I must say, this is the absolute worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at. I am a globalist and have grown custom to Hyatts tylical high quality and standard. This hotel completely misses the mark. I truly hope corporate gets involved and saves this property. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stains on every towel. The carpets are old and full of stains. The bed and the couches were dirty with stains. Wallpaper was peeling off everywhere. Truly well below the Hyatt standard. Will never stay At this place again. Management really needs an intervention from corporate at this hotel.
