Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington

The room was very nice but the tv didn't work and there was zero hot water. No matter how long I ran the tap on the sink or the shower we got only cold. The bedding was clean but still had a residual body odor smell, Im assuming they use little to no detergent to clean. The lobby and hall ways are extremely hot. The AC was broken we were told. Thankfullythe AC in our room functioned well. The breakfast was decent, we appreciated the variety of options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but with the lack of hot water, smelly pillows/sheets, broken tv and overbearing heat in the building it wasn't possible. Overall it's a good place if you need a room for the night.

We stayed here for the Big 12 championship football game. It’s very convenient to the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums as well as six flags. The hotels staff is friendly and very responsive to guests needs. The pillows and bed are good quality.

Not a bad location, but the rooms and hotel haven't been updated in a while. We stayed in room 205, and it was ok - until we used the shower, which leaked all over the floor. We had to use all the towels to wipe up just one shower... When we checked in, there seemed to only be 1 person working the front desk and the bar area, which made it difficult for customers to be helped quickly and with excellence. I really enjoy Hyatt Places, but if you stay around this area I'd suggest finding another Hyatt place not too far away for a better experience.

MANY LIVING/MOVING Cockroaches in room. per Front desk... "well, this is texas" They gave us a new room but didn't offer any refund for our troubles, we had a late night and an early morning too so there was little sleep. Location not too far from six flags/at&t/globe life. walkable to all under 30mins. would be helpful if they added microwaves to the rooms to heat leftovers that we kept in the fridge. we did eventually find some in the breakfast area. probably wouldn't recommend
