Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was wonderfully spacious — plenty of space to stretch out, unpack, and relax. The large layout was perfect. I recommend getting a suite The outdoor heated pool was a huge bonus: warm, clean and inviting. It made our stay feel so much more like a vacation. We loved taking a dip in the evening while it was chilly out — such a lovely way to unwind. Overall, the comfort of the roomy accommodations plus the heated pool turned what could’ve been just another hotel stay into a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting town — we’d definitely stay here again!

Positive: We had a great stay, the staff was excellent and staff at the front desk was the sweetest most helpful and always smiling - all the staff made the stay that much better! Negative: More breakfast options would be great but overall no complaints at all

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed four nights. Every single staff member was so kind and helpful. Incredibly clean and well kept. We didn’t use the pool, but we did use the gym every day. The water fountains in the hall are appreciated. Convenient downtown location with plenty of parking. The lounge areas with TVs were a nice touch.

On our first night we asked for another bath towel since they only provided 4 towels and we had a family of 5. On the second night we asked for 3 more bath towels, since they don't have enough places to hang up five towels. They brought up our three towels on the second night and said we couldn't get anymore. I have never had a hotel tell me I can't have anymore clean bathrooms towels. Also, we went swimming Friday, Saturday and Sunday and their dirty towel bin was always full and they rarely had any towels, I had to go ask for some clean swimming towels Saturday night. On Sunday morning the dirty swim towel bin was still full and still no clean swim towels still. Breakfast here was good, but I don't have anything else good to say about this place. Just wanted to give a shout out to the night clerk Josh who went above and beyond in his customer service. I found that the black tea in the room was decaffeinated and I asked him if he had any more. He kindly grabbed a few packets and I went back to my room. The next day, upon checkout, there was an envelope filled with the decaf tea with my name on it! Thanks again, Josh! This hotel is awesome!
