Hyatt Place Augusta

I came here just to see what its like and it was nice with the ladies at the front desk. But one guy just looked at me rudely and didn't even speak or acknowledge the customer. The rooms were good until i seen a roach and theres no microwave unless u ask for one but i know their gettin ready to upgrade the place. Now the outside view is beautiful. Especially during sunrise. Restaurants are close in radius as well

Pleasantly surprised by the room, 500 sf with a full kitchen, even though there were no utensils or pots and pans. Also breakfast left something to be desired as sausage gravy and biscuits were the closest thing to getting any meat. Did have fruit and some hard boiled eggs. Check in and checkout was quick and painless. Staff was pretty much friendly. I'd stay again.

Positive: The attention that the staff dispense to me when I ask if possible to exchange my room to another one because there is a problem with the curtains of the room 405. Amazing staff! All my problems solved very quickly. Give them a raise. They deserve it. Negative: The fridge door at 436 needs e repair. Wood cabinet. Everything else was perfect.

We had an incredible stay! The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were truly extraordinary and went out of their way to assist. I was incredibly impressed!!||Hot breakfast was lovely and we had a terrific light dinner at the bar.

I enjoyed my stay but I checked out a day early to stay the last day of our trip with family and was told by the front desk that it was no problem. They emailed me a bill for the two days of charges. When I got home I checked my credit card charges and they billed me there for three nights, When I phoned to get this corrected they told me that because I went through Booking.com I was having to pay for services I did not receive. I will be writing a review for Booking.com, but because they utilize these third party services they want to blame them for it, but I will no longer be staying with the Hyatt Place in the future. It's fraud to bill someone for services they did not receive, no matter how they place their order. I will try to fight the payment through my credit card but I wil
