Hyatt House The Woodlands / Shenandoah

We had a great overnight stay here. We flew out of IAH early the next morning. Hotel was not too far but area is way better than staying in the airport area.. Much Better! Highly recommend. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

I will start by saying the customer service here was superb! My check-in was quick and pleasant. My only downside for this property is that only one elevator was working and it was quite busy. Also, the bathroom in the standard room is quite small.

Positive: Staff was nice Negative: The room was in poor condition with exposed outlets and a terrible design. It was extremely noisy, and the bed was unstable and kept moving. I’m very disappointed—what I paid was absolutely not worth it.

The location was perfect as all the dining and entertainment facilities were close by within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was great the options given were delicious. Loved the variety if teas offered. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Just spent 2 weeks there. Stayed in a suite w/ kitchen and a separate bedroom. The room, as well as the hotel were very nice and clean. The staff were amazing and the location is great. It’s off the noisy I-45 , which is an absolute plus if you need peace and quiet. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. They also have a very nice outdoor lounging area. I felt it had easy access to the freeway and if you’ve driven in that area, that’s an important detail. Thank you Hyatt House for helping make my emotional trip to Houston easier to handle at the end of the day. I definitely recommend this location and would absolutely stay there again.
