Honestly do not stay here. I wish I looked at the reviews before booking. There’s both roaches AND bed bugs! We didn’t notice until check out day so just be vigilant. I didn’t capture a video of the roaches but I got the bed bugs. Truly not worth the money. It is very dirty. The carpets look like they’ve never been carpeted. The tub is dirty. Sometimes the lights wouldn’t work. The key card didn’t work as well twice. We had to go to the front desk both times and they redid the cards. They only had 2 towels in the restroom so I went to the front desk to ask for 3 more towels for my family and they told me I could only get 2. Also to lock the door I had to push it in so the lock would go in correctly. It makes sense why it is so cheap. Other than it being a nightmare room, it is very close t

0 STARS - Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay Our experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah was extremely negative from the moment we checked in. The room was very dirty. The floors were sticky, the bedsheets were stained, the towels smelled foul, and the sofa chair was also sticky. We booked the room for three people but were only given two towels, and there were no toiletries or even cups provided in the room. When we arrived, we asked the front desk to send housekeeping for toiletries and cups, but no one ever came, even after waiting for quite a while. The next morning, things got even worse. I am talking about the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen a day in my life. We called this hotel for 3 days to confirm a reservation and by the time we finally got a hold of somebody through third party through Wyndham industries. The lady basically told me with with lack of better language to go f myself in the a because I'm Sol not getting no money back. I'm not getting a new room even though I called literally can prove to you that I called and other people in my party called this hotel at least six times every 2 hours to sit there on and let the phone ring for 5 and 10 minutes at a time. Positive: Nothing Negative: Heroin needles in the stove No lights outside, had to check my car constantly..Lights in room didn't work They gave us another room after we found heroin loaded needles but it was still run down. Not a whyndm.Horrible experience

The lady who calls herself ""general manager" working the front desk has no business being the face of a 2.5 star hotel. She's prejudice, has no people skills, is unperfessional, not friendly at all. She had a issue with renting the room to my son at first, then several hours later "changed her mind ", then had an issue with me cause I had a puppy. I got rid of puppy in front of her. She kept on harassing me about it, claiming she was coming to check every hour, so I told her it was clear that I understood and would see her in an hour. Obviously she wanted me to argue with her, when I understood I was in the wrong. Anyhow she said, " since I was going to be like that I could go" whatever "be like that" meant, idk, but I said, "no problem." Hasn't refunded the two remainder days or
