UPDATE: Spoke to the hotel manager today and while I was not given the refund I was initially promised by Hilton CS, he did send us a credit for 1 free night at a future Home2 stay. The conversation was very respectful and considerate, and he is the only reason I am updating this review. Hilton corporate CS is awful, but at least this manager was willing to listen and offer a real solution. If this hotel was strict about the quiet hours, they could certainly have a 5-star rating. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Original Review: (1 star) Heed the low reviews, and do not waste your money here. I always stay at Home2, but this one is an absolute mess. Positive: The gym is well stocked with the right equipment , laundry roomAnd ice machines on each floor was a great bonus too! Negative: NOT the hotels fault but our neighbors dogs were barking so much! All hours of the night, thank goodness our dogs didn?t jump on the barking train!

Overall the property wasn’t too bad. My room felt clean, but the room was a bit dark even with lights on. The gym was pretty well equipped for a hotel gym. I was disappointed in the beds and wouldn’t return due to them not being very comfortable.

Nice new hotel but why cheap out and not provide half & half with your coffee service? That non dairy stuff is awful. A deal breaker for me so I'll not stay here again.

Various trucks were broken into, we thought it was a safe area, including ours. The hotel was not much help and didn't reimburse or compensate our stay. Police were involved since they did hit other surrounding hotels as well, but overall this was a misfortune event and we had to come out of pocket to repair the broken window. I will be staying elsewhere.
