Comfort Suites Shenandoah-The Woodlands

Overall our stay was fine. The bed was comfortable, and the shades in the room were a plus! Kept the room quiet and dark. We never figured out how the remote to the tv worked but that’s ok. The floor was not too clean and the bottom around the toilet was nasty. I cleaned it myself. Breakfast was pretty tasty each morning.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay during a time when we were stranded, wet, and cold! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious! Our king sized bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making our unexpected stay so enjoyable! Y'all showed genuine Texas hospitality!!!

Dominic checked us in. We requested a handicapped room. He showed us the room. It only has a bar in the shower. He offered us an upgrade. Bigger room, same price. We took it. And it’s beautiful! The shower was the same as the handicapped room but a much larger space. Dominic is a valuable asset to this hotel! He’s cheerful and upbeat. Thank you Dominic for going above and beyond for us. We appreciate a job well done !!!

For an older hotel, this one is really nice. It could use a little maintenance (tightening bathroom fixtures, checking to make sure room interior doors close), but all in all, really nice. The best part was George at the front desk. Not only was he pleasant, but he was also professional and very informative. He made the stay so much nicer.

The employees are always so friendly, helpful and professional! The hotel is very clean and welcoming. There's three very nice restaurants within walking distance, and Starbucks! Behind the hotel is a beautiful paved walkway overlooking a small lake. The vibe here is great and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel!
