Hyannis Host Inn

Booked a room last minute (the same week) so I can’t really complain. I’m just glad I got an affordable deal when all the hotels were >$250/Night by that point. Notified the facility when booking reservation and a call day of to be expected late night check in, and was received immediately. Location is great, near some food spots within a short drive, and close to downtown Hyannis.

I liked that the hotel was family run. It was clean and our room was very clean. The room amenities were appreciated. A new Keurig there was a very nice refrigerator and freezer we There were just some things that needed attention. There was only a top sheet on the bed. No cover, duvet or blanket. One warmer layer is needed on the beds. The room air conditioner was ver good. The bathroom was updated and was nice. The shower area needed small corner shelving. There was no place but the shower floor to put your wash cloth, shampoo or conditioner. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Front desk agent was amazing! Very helpful! The room was cute, cozy and affordable. Near Cape mall and several restaurants.

Beware of hotel manager Sonal Patel and the moldy condition of the bathrooms at the Hyannis Host Inn. After showering one time on the first night of my stay, the smell of mold and mildew became so overpowering I started to experience congestion. When I would leave the room for several hours I would experience relief, and then upon return, symptoms would begin escalating again (and the smell alone was very unpleasant and permeated the entire room, despite running every fan available and even purchasing an air purifier at the Home Depot up the road in order to try and make my stay tolerable). When I followed up with Ms. Patel after checking out (she was not working when I checked out, and the concierge at the time was unable to leave the front desk unattended to come and confirm the conditio

I know I only stayed there one night but I will definitely stay there again. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, they take pride on the rooms and how they treat people. I recommend this to anybody out there looking for a nice place to stay.
