When a business advertises a pool, they should have a usable pool. This had office furniture in the pool, Language barrier problems, exterior run down, rooms were nice and clean, breakfast is non existent, bread, cereal, coffee flavored water, etc.

My shower head was installed poorly. It was too high and wouldn’t angle down. Two lightbulbs weren’t working. No convenient plug near the bed. The front desk person didn’t speak much English, and handed their cellphone to my travel companion (in a different room where the shower was better) to talk to someone with better English. I won’t be booking a room here again. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed.

Clean, comfortable, mostly quiet. Property is a little rough around the edges. The outdoor carpet needs to be replaced. Several of furnishings on the interior had scrapes and scuffs. The desk is not open 24/7, but the person who runs it helped me after hours when I had accidentally locked myself out of the room. Overall it was a decent stay.

The location in the middle of town is fine. Parking is close to rooms. The room was clean with a small but clean bathroom. The facilities are older and showing some age, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked. The included breakfast is minimal with white bread toast, two dry cereals and orangy juice plus coffee available. It is a decent value for the price.

This review is written on my wife and I experience in trying to book a room with Amercia Best Inn. We booked a room on line. Then I called to verified our reservation,We later found out there were no room on the 1st floor, for disability Veterans So, I called the hotel desk within an hour of booking the room to cancel. No one would answer there phone or respond to the thrid party service (Trip.com). I have called Amercia Best Inn several times to resolve this issue but, I was unable to do so. This is worst form scam. This business took the payment and never followed up with the reservation that was made. My wife and I didn't stayed there that night. We made reservations with another hotel. I lost the payment for the room that night. SHAM..
