After checking into our upstairs smoking room, that was unmistakably not cleaned after the last stay, we realized there was no heat. We walked across the lot and talked to front desk as it was 2:00 a.m. and 40 degrees outside. He gave us another room key and we went downstairs, when we walked in there were people already in the room. So we went across the lot again and was given a third room key, again someone was staying in this room. Again we walk across the lot, fourth room, back upstairs, no heat again. He tried to tell us it takes 10 mins to kick in and work. We sat for 30, didnt work. This time we called instead of walkin across the lot. He tells us to come back for a fifth room key. This room was non smoking and back downstairs again, but by now it is 2:45 a.m. and we are cold so we

As I am a Wyndham member this location is my 1st choice when I’m in the area. With every stay at this location I’ve been completely satisfied, from management, staff etc. I highly recommend this location as it offers a pretty reasonable rate along with cleanliness.

Positive: I love how quick and easy the check in process was and the rooms were clean and nice. Negative: No elevator (or I'm blind and didn't see one), the pillows are so stiff it's very hard to get comfortable, and when it's time for check out be aware of the violent knocking followed by silence it's probably the cleaning crew..

recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful night’s sleep each night. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Perfect budget hotel for anyone down here for work. The rooms are clean, although some fresh scents would be good. They don't smell "bad" per se, but fresh scents would make a big difference. It's nice to be able to park right outside of your room. Check in process was very easy and a polite owner. I did NOT see any bugs or stains that budget hotels in the south typically deal with. Suggestion: I don't blame the hotel for this, but there are some "wanderers" that tend to walk around these areas. So some added cameras/blue lights to simulate police cams out in the parking lot, just to make guests feel better about their cars parked out there would be a nice piece of mind. Overall would definitely stay here again for the price.
