Been staying here a minute. Room definitely need to be remodel. Staff is really nice. Housekeeping lady's are super nice. Alway willing to help wherever they can. Night shift Ms. Vickey makes The Best coffee. Pictures online are definitely deceiving. Get what you pay for. But again all the staff will try to make your stay better.

Gobinto this knowing I normally stay at nicer hotels than this. But choices were limited due to events going on in the area.||I can tell that some recent upgrades have been made to the room but it's not enough. New desk, curtains, chair, entertainment center, side tables, decor, head board and bathroom counter/lights. They are nice but the room was dirty. They painted part of the room but poorly covered things. ||Cons: Dirty walls, with fixes not painted, dirty carpet, made my feet gross, doors, door handles, light switches all gross. Tile in bathroom is weathered grey and hides that it's dirty. These rooms need to be deep cleaned. Base boards, walls, doors, Corners and carpets all need deep cleaning. Room was very dirty- the carpet on the floor had visible dirt on it - leaves, crumbs, etc. it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. There was food wrappers still on the floor near the bedside table, the fire alarm was taken off the wall, leaving a hole. The couch was absolutely FILTHY with stains. The mattress and sheets seemed cleaned, but had old stains on them as well. The bathroom was the only space that looked like someone cleaned it. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything. You could also smell if people were smoking outside and in their rooms- it was seeping through to our room. The continental breakfast was just old looking muffins in the fridge with some coffee and old oranges. I wouldn't really advertise it as a breakfast. The only positive was that the s

Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes, the bathroom had mold in it and the bath tub faucet was broken and the rooms had roaches. Also, the customer service was bad. When we got to the hotel they informed us that our rooms were not ready and won?t be ready until another hour.

The fact that this place sits in the heart of Aiken in the busy Whiskey Road area sets it apart from most lower star hotels. Its nestled right in the heart of it all. Rooms could be much better and the services that they do offer could be much better as well. What makes this place wonderful is the fact that you have everything at your disposal while staying here.
