Hampton Inn Aiken

My husband and I had had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn Tamil in Aiken South Carolina. Very Clean and the best location. Our stay began with the very pleasant and professional front desk agent Angel. She was so easy to talk to with and wanted the best for her guest. The night agent Kia was very helpful and professional. Housekeeper Debra took care of our personal needs and made sure we were happy with our room. Great stay We will be back

I am a diamond member and love the hilton chains. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was as one would expect at a hampton inn, hot large selection and very good. Something for everyone.

This hotel lives up to the standard you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The room was clean and comfortable - good matress and pillows - and I give extra marks for natural (no parabens or pthalates) skin care products. The breakfast choices were good with well prepared eggs and bacon, and two types of waffles. The hotel is conveniently located outside of downtown Aiken in a neighborhood with lots of food and shopping options. I was here on horse business, so happy to be located next door to the Dover Saddlery!

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Aiken was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand. I had booked our room well in advance in anticipation of our daughter’s upcoming wedding. The day before our arrival, I checked in through the Hilton app and selected a specific room on the top floor. While I understand that room selections aren’t always guaranteed, I was surprised when the front desk informed me that the app “didn’t work” and that the room I had selected was unavailable due to water damage from a leak in the room above. This explanation didn’t make sense—my selected room was on the top floor, so there couldn’t have been a room above it to leak from.
