Beautiful hotel! Staff was amazing! Went down for breakfast this morning before leaving and it was delicious! The young lady was SO sweet! Greeted us with the biggest smile helped my husband operate the waffle maker. She kept everything so clean and stocked. She absolutely made our day! This will always be our go to hotel when in Aiken visiting our son at USCA! Definitely recommend!

Hotel room was nasty, hairs all over, remote batteries held together with clear tape. Remote wouldnt turn on T.V. Shower head didnt work correctly. Room not cleaned correctly. Exterior of the hotel looks good, inside the room is a different story. I will not be returning .

This is the best hotel in Aiken county, there's a great atmosphere, the building is very clean, it's the best price, compared to the other hotels around, and believe me, I've stayed in just about every hotel in Aiken!! COUNTRY INN AND SUITES!! is the 1 for you, so if you plan on coming to Aiken, and staying in a hotel for the weekend, or just a day, this is the one for you... Location a bit far but ok. Room was ok clean, normal room. Cracks and run down bathroom painted over. Beds really hard but expected for the price. Now as far as service does not accept cash so had to use a card which is ok but so glad I use a prepaid cash app card because they tried charging my card 3 times for the same 2 night stay. When I showed them she basically told me Orwell take it up with the manager who was never available. Good thing I only put enough on that card for what I have to use it for. I flagged the hotel after they were paid. Showed them proof they got paid. Had to call cash app. So they never got anything after the 1st payment. I watch my stuff like a hawk for that reason. Kinda shady if you ask me. Breakfast the sausage gravy was really runny but the flavor was good.

We asked ChatGPT about a safe city near Augusta and Aiken popped up. Comfort Inn and Suites had good ratings and a reasonable price. We were very satisfied. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always wore a smile! The manager is very involved, helpful, friendly and appreciative. She sets a wonderful example! If we need a hotel again when paying this way, this is where we plan to stay! Thank you!
