Hotel OPUS Bronx

One of the rooms seems to have a DJ all night long. It felt like having a night pub next to my room. Nothing was done. The bathroom ceiling needs fixing. I dont recommend this hotel unless you like to sleep with loud music. Good luck.

For being in the Bronx this is the nicest hotel/motel place here. Love the tvs where were able to watch Netflix and YouTube. Most places don't have that type of access or those types of TV's. Always rooms for me and at a reasonable price.

Positive: The staff was very approachable.. Negative: Unclean. Holes in the walls, Peeling paint, vending machines that were empty or didn't accept monies, very thin coverlet on the bed; it was chilly. Draft from under the room door.

Hotel Opus in the Bronx has a nice upfront and seems clean. The staff or more precisely, the lady at the front desk was very lazy, always napping and didn’t welcome me. I was in room 103 with nonstop noise and people talking out loud waking me up from my sleep. There is no microwave in the room and no remote control for the TV. I asked the lady at the front desk and she never gave me the remote for the TV. I spent 2 miserable nights there. Plus, they didn’t make my bed nor refresh the room. Until I left, I couldn’t tell if there was an ice machine. No welcome note or nothing. I stayed 2 nights because the location was very convenient. Most things that I needed were at walking distance. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Opus, and I want to give a special shoutout to Nehal from the staff. Nehal was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The hotel itself is top-notch—clean, comfortable, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail and excellent service really stood out. I highly recommend Hotel Opus to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
