The vibe and service… looks incredible, but I noticed it's surprisingly difficult to book a room directly without calling or using 3rd party apps. As a developer, I see a huge opportunity here to automate your reservations and save those 20% commissions. I’d love to send over a free mockup of a high-speed booking portal I'm designing for local boutique hotels. What’s the best email to reach the management?
PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THAT PLACE!!!!||DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ||I SWEAR THAT I AM BEING 100% HONEST ABOUT THIS REVIEW.||||What I am about to say happened Saturday, June 19, 2021||||I read some reviews of other people that had stayed in the hotel before, and they commented how dirty the hotel/room was, and that it had a terrible WEED smell and cigarettes. I did not wanted to believe the previous reviews and I regret it so bad. Since the place was open recently I thought it was just a bad customer review. But that person was right.||||We literally lost our money. We come all the way from Boston to visit our friend who lives around the corner and we thought it would be convenient to stay at that hotel to be closer to our friend’s house. ||||Our room was so dirty and it even had blood stains
Absolutely LOVED my stay here. The decor is artsy and so creative. I was so surprised to see that each bed were in separate rooms with its own bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is parking. The parking lot is small therefore parking spot were tight. Worse of all, my husband was asked to move the car by 7:30am on a Sunday because the parking lot is part of a church and they needed the spaces for their service. He was not happy about that. Note: not sure if this is only asked of on Sundays. Other than that overall it was a great experience and will stay here again. :)
Definitely a welfare hotel. The outside of the building looks nice, but it's very deceiving. As soon as you walk in, you hear people yelling/cursing (sounds about right for The Bronx but whatever). The kicker is there are no smoking signs all over the place, yet when we got in the room, it's like you're smoking a cigarette. I didn't even get a good look at the room the smell was so bad, didn't have any other rooms because they were booked out. The staff was kind enough to give a refund though. Next time, I would pay more money for a Marriott.
It served it's purpose. Needs to better maintained. Room was ok but barely any space to hang clothes. No closet at all. Bed sheets were clean but cover did have cigarette holes. Seems like people smoke even though it's a supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Walls had dirt on them and the touch mirror was cockeyed. Paint peeling around window frames and even the toilet paper holder was missing! The even the plastic proctive cover in the elevator sign in the lobby was left on with the address still written on it. The place has potential but needs a lot better TLC.
