If I can rate this hotel below a one I absolutely would!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. First when we arrived the sheets were dirty along with the pillow cases, I nicely went downstairs and asked if they can be changed he changed them the house keeper was very RUDE!!! while changing them not a problem. I use the restroom the toilet never flushed just over filled everywhere I run downstairs to inform him he tells me i’m asking for to much !! excuse me! he tells me to check out if I don’t like it after I already paid with no refund… I will never come here again walls filthy ! nobody sweeps because it was weed left in the room just horrible.
It's decent for the money. They only have rooms with one bed in it so book 2 rooms if you have more than 2 people with you. The rooms aren't standard size hotel rooms, they're actually pretty small. Some rooms have smells in them, check your sheets and also the heating/air conditioning unit doesn't work in all rooms. The staff there however, is nice and accommodating if you need extra sheets, towels etc. The ice machine is on the first floor and it's always stocked. Use plastic when getting ice in the container as so.e of them weren't completely clean. Other than that, they have lotion, soap and conditioner in abundance in the bathroom and the showers were nice and hot.
Hotel room was very dirty, paid for a queen size bed and that is not what I got. Smaller than standard size rooms. Bathtub was filthy, handprints on walls, stains on the curtains and bed. Hotel has a no smoking policy and you can smell people smoking. Loud people yelling and running water all night. The phone in the room was not even connected. At least the the front desk service is decent.
Rooms are VERY SMALL. The queen bed was a twin. I have a queen at home and the staff said I was wrong. The lobby was dirty, the wallpaper is peeling in the hallways, the walls are thin, the elevator takes FOREVER the open and close the doors, they only give 1 towel even though I booked a room for multiple people, room didn't look cleaned. Don't stay here. Also they do not give any free soaps or toothpaste.
The listings for this place are TOTALLY misleading - this is not a hotel for travelers. It seems to be a standard SRO/ welfare hotel. I was visiting from out of state, had a very sick friend in St Barnabas Hospital, was unfamiliar with the area - and booked a room on the assumption that this was a "real" hotel. ||||One of the nights stayed there I was awakened around midnight by someone banging on my door - and then unlocking the door and walking into my room. When I screamed the person said: "I was just checking to see if this room was occupied" and left. This was absolutely terrifying and when I tried to complain about it at the front desk I got nowhere because most of the people you deal with at the front desk don't speak English. You also have to (try to) communicate with them through
