Hotel Monte Carlo

I’m from Connecticut, drove 7 hours one way to just drive another 7 hours back because the sheets were dirty, stains all over, they gave me a different room right above the one i was originally in, and that was just terrible as well, I left. The hotel clerk didn’t bother to even try to accommodate me into a different room after all this, just said that they will clean it. The room should’ve already had been clean!!!! I called the hotel expressing my concerns and Chris the general manager was sympathetic at first but he started doing what managers do and start talking about the hotel clerk notes and I told him dude It was my birthday Monday and I wanted to come out here to get away from all the chaos and relax and you guys ruined it for me, he abruptly hung up in my face. Whoever owns this

I loved this hotel and if I come to ocean city again I will absolutely stay here. The staff was incredible and cared a lot about guest experience. The rooms are modern and clean with gorgeous views. Everyone was treated kindly as far as i can tell. Crepe daddy the cafe inside the hotel has amazing food and coffees. A great hotel for anyone on a budget! You won’t feel you’ve missed out on a thing. The outdoor pool was closed though which was a bit disappointing.

Great price point for a beach side hotel. Great location near everything.|Room was well within acceptable cleanliness. Parking is scarce and tight. Chose to pay for VIP. It was the best $110 spent on the whole trip ;-)

You would be better off staying at a $500 motel. This hotel is absurdly priced, I can’t even say it’s ideal for where it’s located for the beach. I recommend staying anywhere else BUT here. Firstly, we booked this hotel on the hotels app. The pictures on there are NOTHING like it portrays online. The rooms are disgusting. Walls are ridiculously dirty. The mini fridges leak. You get tissue paper for blankets. Stains/hair on the sheets. The beds are VERY uncomfortable. The shower would NOT drain when we tried showering, which we advised our complaints to the front desk and they did NOTHING for us. Then the parking lot is absolutely outrageous with how tight the spots are. Just don’t stay here….ever. This was an absolutely awful experience staying somewhere in OCMD. To call this a hotel is
