During my stay this past summer, I noticed significant lapses in cleanliness, including stains on the bedspread from previous guests and a dirty shower upon check-in. Unfortunately, these issues persisted during my most recent visit. I found it necessary to specifically request that my room be vacuumed and mopped and that the beds be made - services that should be standard for any guest. I want to clarify that while a Thai tea was accidentally spilled on the bed while I was working on my doctoral research, this was an isolated accident and not an intentional act. I have consistently tipped the housekeeping staff and expressed my gratitude for their work, as my only goal was to return to a hygienic environment. Bey

Positive: Bright spot: Reggie is a great employee that made us feel welcome. Negative: The rooms are dirty, the furniture dirty, the sheets dingy, the pillows uncomfortable, the floors in the room terribly dirty, and overall 1 out of 10 would not recommend. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Checked in late in the evening. I was rushed and customer service wasn't friendly at all. Keys were handed no room # was provided. Just the floor was provided. I paid for breakfast with my reservation and no vouchers were provided. Next morning I approached the desk friendly hoping for a better interaction and wasn't met with a friendly person. When I spoke and began to ask a question I was asked to wait. So I apologized and waited for her to finish reading something or doing something on the computer. Before she assisted me as I stood there waiting for her to finish. She looked up and loudly asked the couple with child walking out if they were checking out as I stood at the desk before she helped me. I explained I paid for breakfast but didn't get vouchers. Great location to Market Square. Room was beautiful and large!|the housekeeping was outstanding. We stayed two nights with housekeeping coming in after first night, we did not specially request it. when we returned later that day the room was spotless! bed freshly made, bathroom with fresh towels and just like when we checked in. All the staff we encountered were available and very helpful!.Just a delightful experience !

Pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. No onsite parking. You have to find a spot for street parking which is heavily occupied most of the times. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable but service was sub par. The front desk experience (had two separate interactions with two individual ladies) was not respectful and friendly. Now comes the most frustrating part , the room was serviced the next morning of my check in but towels were not restocked. next day they missed room service entirely even though the welcome letter clearly states that rooms are serviced on daily basis. I reported to front desk of evening shift and they said they can't do anything and I need to tell the morning shift person.
