I actually put in an earlier review but have since found out new information. About two weeks after visiting for the Eclipse, I had an amazing itch on my right arm that would not go away. it spread to my bodice middle and shoulders. My Dr. said it was an allergic reaction to something maybe in the sheets or detergent there. Use antihistamines. I believed it and gave my last review--I advised that customer service was good, but don't visit until they're finished renovating. I'm still waking up scratching 6 weeks later. This morning, my spouse found and identified a bed bug. OMG. Now I know. Totally unacceptable. Unprofessional. No one should have to go through the discomfort and now cleaning of my home all for a sub-standard $70 room. I'm being honest, truly. Do not every stay at this es

Honestly you get what you pay for. The room had roaches. The mirror was broken. The was an empty beer can with ashes on it in the desk drawer. Their so-called cable TV yielded about 8 channels 5 of which were fuzzy. If u just need somewhere to crash for the night and aren't picky its doable. If you want cleanliness and comfort its not for you.

Worst room ever! it had crumbs and dirt all over the floor, when we opened the door nothing but the most rank sour smell came out, and the best part about it THE ROOM HAD NO ELECTRICITY! We didn’t stay there they basically got 1 night payed for when we didn’t even stay in the room and couldn’t get a refund! Definitely a 0 star!

If I could give it a zero I would….. When I pulled up I noticed the hotel was a old building but thought it would look better in the inside but I was absolutely wrong. For almost $70 I paid for a smelly room with the paint coming off the wall the bed was so dirty I was scared to put anything on it the trad cans were still full with trash. I didn’t get any further in the room went downstairs asked for a refund and got my refund back on my card in 3 days is the only reason I gave them one star

Light fixtures don't work. Only bathroom light worked. Front door doesn't close all the way. I killed 7 roaches in the 1st 30 mins in my room!😱. Limited t.v channels. But u get cinemax. 2 pillows on my king bed?! Had to stuff plastic bags in the holes on the room door to try to keep bugs from coming in. Wi-Fi is 👍.Dirty towels in bathroom! Well...that's what I got for $45! UPDATE!! I paid $275 for a week. After the 1st night, I asked for a refund. They gave me the " run around" for 2 days to make me stay 2 days to get $90. When I checked out, after their promising to refund my money for 5 out of the 7 days. I was told to check out and come back later that afternoon for a $185 refund. Thought I had to call the police to get my money back!!! NEVER AGAIN!! How they haven't been shut down is
