HOTEL BLUE

Just came to town to watch a race needed a place to sleep. The check in was quick and easy. The rooms clean. Nice clean bathroom seemed to be pretty quite place.

This is the first time I've stayed here but I happened to be driving by getting ready for a long ride home and wondering where it once said I was gonna stay but I told I went in the checked out the round. It was clean. It was reasonably priced. I'll give it five stars if they would have been shampoo and a coffee pot

Despite better reviews, we tried it out and had an excellent room that had just been remodeled. The place was clean and in a good location I would highly recommend it.

Booked and confirmed online with major online booking website and drove 2 hours to get to hotel blue and they found my booking and informed me they would not honour it as they made a mistake when they, the hotel listed the price . Then said we want twice the amount that I could book online at other websites.. misleading and deceptive practice. They had booking for 2 hours and could have called however didn't. Poor business practice.

The lady at the front desk have a very disgusting attitude her customer service and the way she talks to customers on the phone is absolutely horrible. I highly recommend that you guys find a replacement to take her place because she does not give top quality or any type of quality of good customer service not whatsoever this is completely unacceptable. People are paying their hard earned money to book rooms at these hotels to receive disgusting customer service and rude attitude completely unacceptable and if I was the CEO of this company or the CEO of hotel blue that woman would be fired and replaced immediately because of her disrespectful and disgusting behavior that shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere where people are spending money. I will never book or even look in the direction toward
