Hotel Azure Tahoe

If you're a person of color with a disability, the staff will threatnen to call the police (oh yea? I will be filing a complaint with the health department so you get fined big time and a lawsuit) if you need to use the outdoor hot tub after 10pm even though you fell due to their laziness and greed in not salting the sidewalk and pedestrian areas; I rather be evicted and show other guests how discriminatory they are against people with disabilities and go to a beter hotel. White people can stay past 10pm and drink liquor tho. Snow was not cleared properly all around the winter season. They claim they stop even serving coffee before 11am due to liability; yet they don't keep clear the pedestrian areas or the parking lot. Stay if you want to sue them but don't for the inconvenience of doing

Hotel Azure worked out very well for my stay in South Lake Tahoe. The service there was great. Staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. Elements cafe next door was very convenient also. The hotel looks like it was recently updated. The room was clean, carpeting could do to be replaced though. It was very quiet during my stay which I appreciated - I slept very well. The coffee and tea options/Coffeemaker were not good. The coffeemaker made everything have a weird plastic/chemical taste. I'd recommend bringing instant coffee and using the microwave or just buying coffee out. Location is great, and the pool and hot tub were nice additions. I loved that I could just walk across the street to the lake, and that it was in walking distance of coffee shops.

Great value for what they provide: hot tub, pool, gym, game room. The staff are very friendly and nice. The rooms are super clean. There are great restaurants right next to the hotel. They do an Epic pass holder discount during the ski season. I've stayed there many times and loved it.

Positive: the location and friendly staff at check-in Negative: They provided no housekeeping services. I requested 2 times during my 3 day stay and nothing ever happened. No fresh towels.

We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel in South Lake Tahoe that was relatively close to Heavenly Resort, and we stayed here for two nights. We really appreciated that the hotel provided a dog bed for our pet, and there were plenty of grassy areas around the property for pet relief, which was very convenient. The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a swimming pool and jacuzzi (which was very popular during our stay), a fitness room, and a game room. Our room also had a fridge and microwave, which was a nice bonus. That said, there were a few downsides. The walls are quite thin, so we could easily hear our neighbors talking and people walking above us. We were also placed in a room right next to the jacuzzi, so we constantly heard conversations and noise from that area. Ov
