Hotel 43

My wife and I have been going into Boise the weekend after New Years for the past 6 years. We discovered Hotel 43 4 years ago. We even survived construction several years ago. It is updated and beautiful inside. The staff has been helpful and attentive. The sights, restaurants, and shopping of Boise are within easy walking distance for us older folks--70yo.

Great hotel in the middle of all the action! Rooms were luxuriously appointed (read robes and slippers) with furnishings in excellent condition. Slept well on a comfortable bed without noise from outside or the hallway. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and painless. Every last member off the staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic time. Love hotel 43 from the central location to its boutique style. Great value. Very neat and clean with good sized and comfortable rooms. The staff was great to us and we had a great time with them. Special shout out to Avery at the front desk and Cooper the bellman. Both professional and funny. The other bonus is the hotel is connected to the Chandlers which is the best bar restaurant in Boise. Definitely check this place out!

Positive: Clean, modern, good location Negative: The room housemaid service. The refrigerator in room did not work properly. Both very dissapointing. However management was very helpful.

My experience with their management was incredibly disappointing. The Hotel refused to cancel my reservation despite being unable to commit due to life changing circumstances. I would not recommend this place simply for this reason alone. I would also caution booking at The Grove Hotel as they are part of the same group. There is a basic lack of human kindness that is non existent here. If there's any chance your plan might change stay somewhere else. They will not support you.
