Disappointing stay with multiple issues Where do I even begin? This hotel was a letdown from start to finish. The room: The shower constantly dripped (annoying all night), the door lock didn't work properly (not exactly a comforting feeling), and the sheets looked like they'd seen better days—definitely time for replacements. Also, no snacks available, which would've been nice after a long day. The vibe: Look, it's on the Grand Concourse, so you kinda get what you pay for. This is the kind of place where you go if you want to lay low and not have people asking too many questions. That said... The experience: Staff was rude and unhelpful when issues came up. And let's not forget—cops were called to another guest's room during our stay. Not exactly the peaceful environment you hope for.

Positive: The best thing about this hotel is that they are clean and they deliver room service promptly Negative: They have fire drills every morning at 7:30am annoying af, like this is not school. Definitely the deal breaker for me booking there again. The hotel is under construction so i literally heard banging from 7 am to 6pm the worst stay everrrrrr

This has to be the worst place I’ve stayed in my life.||If I could give negative stars I would.||||The pictures on booking.com look NOTHING like their photos - do not be fooled ! Rooms are smelly, dated, windows were broken, heaters were broken, there was 0 soundproofing from the train outside, 0 soundproofing from rooms inside, leaky shower head, poor cleaning, dirty inadequate bedding.||||I changed 3 rooms after checking in and all 3 were equally bad.||||The rooms were disgusting -there was a STENCH of stale cigarette smoke which had been absorbed into the furniture and walls of all the rooms on top of constant smell of marijuana. I want to start by saying that my boyfriend and I had a great experience. I personally was a little confused/scared by the mixed reviews of people and was hoping that it wasn't that bad. We stayed there for 3 nights. Our room was clean when we arrived and everything inside was clean (bed, bedsheets, curtains, floors, bathroom). Staff was very friendly. I was surprised of how quiet the hotel was considering it is New York City. When we arrived it was plenty of spaces available for us to park our car. Train station is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel which makes it really easy to travel around the city. Prices where really reasonable considering we spend Christmas in there. I stayed with my son after fleeing a domestic Violence situation in another state came back to my home state, was charged 300.00 for 2 nights and 140.00 for an additional night. That extra night the elevator door swung out and hit my son if I didn't grab him he would have been dead. The temperature gauge wasn't working in the room the heater was blowing out hot air if myself or my son would have touched it we could of burnt our hands,I had to consistently open the window to cool the room down,the thermostat didn't work at all, the cleaners never knocked on my door to change our bedsheets during our stay.
