Hope Pointe

Staff is very nice and welcoming. When I drop my family member off we're greeted with smiles. I'm wondering what sort of help they actually provide because someone was supposed to help my family member find permanent housing, it's been close to 1 months nothing yet so fingers crossed...

As a couple we both went to Hope Pointe July 2 2025.Im seel of assistance I'm receiving reasonable assistance in terms of subsidized housing .As Hope pointe is contract with The Fresno housing authority (FHA) Operated by the City of Fresno. Personal experiences an knowledge of how FHA conducts business. I was 100 percent against entering iinto Hope pointe. The summer in Fresno can be brutal.Especially with the elderly even healthy individuals are at risk developing heat an or sun stroke within the homeless population. My partner is incapable of surviving in su j an environment. It was for that reason we both became guests there..Mot clients.Not residenceses.Guests..thought I knew exactly what to expect the programs senior staff.Case management An Navigat While everything ran along those

Hope pointe is a joke to our community. The case managers there don't have a clue how or what being a case manager entails. They never take accountability for anything.. helping the homeless and mental health people find housing or get the proper help needed to sustain a normal life. I think every case manager needs to be replaced with workers that know and do there job correctly. Corporate needs to get more involved with checking these case managers making sure they're being successful with helping the people that's at the facility

Nice little hotel they cleaned up and opened for the homeless could use some better security since its on balckstone....

There are some really good staff here and then there are some staff that plays favorites and they sometimes throw some of the clients under the bus
