Homewood Suites by Hilton St Augustine San Sebastian

Came to St. Augustine for a girls trip and this hotel was perfect. It’s pretty close to almost everything you’d want to do and has beautiful views. The rooms are really comfortable and nice. You do have to pay to park and it’s in kind of a hard to get to location from the road.

Positive: The location is the best for me. There is a marina behind the hotel. And the hotel is within 1 miles from downtown and the monuments. Negative: I think that the breakfast time should be extended an hour. Visitors are there on vacation and sometimes we want to sleep in a bit.

Michelle at reservation desk was super sweet and professional! Enjoyed our stay. Location was good. Not walkable to downtown area. Gym was great. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay. My kids said to get a waffle marker that it would make everyone happy. Paying 100$ for two cars for two days to park our self in the parking lot is a little ridiculous.

Extremely great hotel! We came in on a last minute trip and had a VERY nice and clean room and we were towing a trailer. Valet made it easy to find us a parking space. Check in was super easy even with our two small dogs. The staff was friendly the entire stay and we loved the room. It is also right on the water so you can enjoy some water views in certain rooms, be sure to ask when checking in. In the lobby they have beer, wine, snacks and other items if you need them during your stay! Beer and wine sales are until midnight in case you need to know. It is also conveniently located to most things you would need or want to go to! They have a continental breakfast that was fresh and good! This hotel needs some serious review. My wife and friends attempted to stay here last night for a birthday trip. Upon arrival at around 3pm they were told that their room isn't available (cool standard stuff with hotels). Upon returning at midnight, they were told by a rude asian receptionist Ce that their room was not available. From there, she just went on about her job while leaving my wife's party to figure things out. Apparently multiple housekeeping staff left in a mass exodus (that's a great sign of management along with the attitude here). My wife, being upset and blind sided by not having a room, got upset and wasn't too polite which is understandable when you're dealing with incompetence.
