Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Airport/FGCU

stayed here for 4 days and the rooms were great. spacious and clean! the location is perfect, walking distance to a bunch of shops and a 10-12 minute drive to FGCU. i also had met Joey at the front desk and he was very very kind. he made checking in a great process. thank you joey and homewood suites staff! (give him a raise!)

Estrella did an awesome job last night at the Wednesday social. She was by herself and still managed to come by and pick up our plates. Always smiling and going above and beyond! Bingo was so much fun glad you brought it back! We are usually here once a month for business . Denia and Rafael did great job at breakfast that same morning! I wish the 3 of them could be everywhere we stay. Best crew ever! 10 🌟

Upon arrival, my first room had a slight odor and the temperature was difficult to regulate. However, Maria at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and promptly resolved the issue. She offered multiple solutions, personally delivered the keys for my new room, and ensured everything met my expectations. The new room is spotless and comfortable. As a Hilton Diamond member, I truly appreciate this level of professionalism and care. Maria’s attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction exemplify the Hilton standard. Maria’s customer service truly deserves recognition!

What a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff. Clean room. As a bonus, on Wednesdays they have a greet and meet at 5:30. Complimentary food, beer, and wine. Plus, bingo until 7:00. Strongly recommended this well run hotel!
