Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston / Andover

I stayed here for 19 nights for a work trip. My entire stay was perfect. I was by myself and I stayed in a 1 bed king studio suite. The room was very clean when I arrived, all the furnishings and appliances were clean and in great condition. The mini kitchen had everything I needed for an extended stay, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, stovetop, dishes, pans, etc. Housekeeping automatically cleaned my room every other day, which was perfect. On cleaning days, my room was always cleaned before 4:30. I used the onsite laundromat twice, the machines were older, but worked perfectly. The free breakfast was very good; waffles, eggs, bagels, sausage, coffee and juice. The lady that works the breakfast on weekday mornings was extremely nice and did a fantastic job. Nice place to stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Self checkin/out was also nice. Good breakfast. Weekday lady organizing and overseeing breakfast area was a notch above and more ontop of everything then weekend staff.

I stayed at this Hotel 8/12/25-8/13/25. Confimration-80972212. I was given a Checkout time of 1PM. When I arrived at 12:20, I observed all my personal items has been removed. My food in the refrigerator thrown out. When I asked the front desk lady. She said her name is Taima and manager id Fenil Patel. She gave me an excuse that the cleaning lady does not speak English and cleaned up without her knowledge. How a customer supposed to feel about that. All my power brush and items in shaving kit stolen. Taima was rude and unapologetic and instead ask me to say sorry for being upset. I wrote an email to Mr. Patel and no response. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. ||||**** Please do not Stay at this Hotel****

Booked by mistake, called 15 minutes later confirming whether they can cancel. They confirmed they can cancel without any fees, but then proceeded to charge my credit card. I ended up staying in the doubletree next door as my car was broken down and didn’t wanna move it. I called the hotel couple of days later saying that I noticed the charge and was told they’re not going to refund. Receptionists were all very rude and a pain to deal with. Most didn’t speak English properly either and started the conversation in Spanish. I’ve asked to talk to the manager of the facility 3 times and never got a call back. Worst hotel I have stayed in!! Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues with the bathrooms (showers not properly draining), 1 room was still freezing after turning the heat up to almost 80 degrees. Beds are extremely hard. Booked a “king size” bed, but definitely seems to be a queen size (we have a king at home). Ice from the ice machine came out dirty. Definitely needs renovations. Two of our rooms looked like there was recent water damage based on ceiling conditions. Moved to a third floor room and while taking a shower, the tub filled with water within 3 minutes-disgusting and dangerous for a pregnant person. Last room that we were moved to was a 2nd floor room and the bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. Floors/ceilings are thin so could hear every movement of the guests above us
