Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover

Room sheet is not clean! There’s a very visible stain on the side of the bed, cannot imagine what is out of sight. They placed the floor carpet towel on top of the body towel, it’s a personal preference but I haven’t really seen hotel mix the two on top of each other. After all, one is to be stepped on and one is to dry your body. Got the breakfast package, totally not worth it. It’s 30$ extra on top of the room for 2, but you are only allowed to select limited items on the menu. 1 hot plate or 2 cold items. Everything else is extra charge. To include drink, u r only allowed water or oj/ apple juice or premade coffee in a jug. And wifey found a hair in her hot plate , immediately switch to cold items (pre packaged) to be safe. Highly not recommend to get the breakfast package as it feels

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover and had a very positive experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plush bedding and amenities that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The hotel’s location was convenient — easy to get to from major routes and close to local attractions, which made exploring the area simple and stress-free. Ana and Lucy went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely wonderful!

Positive: The entire staff is excellent. So quiet and the hotel is beautiful. A family of turkeys lives beside the hotel. Beautiful wooded and feels so safe. Numerous people out walking in the evening around the hotel. Room was spotless. Negative: The only thing that they should offer would be free coffee. You pay for that and breakfast.

Our experience wasn't really up to par I am sorry to say. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and were told by the man at the front desk that our room still wasn't ready because housekeeping wasn't finished cleaning it up. So despite arriving well after check-in time we had to wait in the lobby with all our luggage for close to a half an hour. Second, we were unable to get foam rubber pillows and was told that Marriott does not stock them, so we had a get a relative who lives locally to purchase us two. Third, when I went to scope out where we could print our boarding passes, I was told by the front desk person that the printer cartidge was empty, so nothing would print. The person said I would be able to have the person at the desk print it for us 24 hours before we left. When that day came

The room is clean and spacious. The room i had has a good clear view on the training school adjacent to the hotel. Parking lots are that many to choose from and is not near to the lobby when arrived to check in. Well maintained toilets and vanity corner. Didn't really had the time to sunbathe in their little porch though it seems to be a nice place to rest and enjoy the sun. Breakfast can be pricey if your booking does not come with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast ain't a fantastic kind. Either a sandwich or bagel or a plate of eggs, bacon and roasted potatoes. Coffee is brewed from Starbucks coffee beans. Location wise is rather secluded and you will need to drive out if you would like to grab your meals. No room service though.
