DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Andover

My stay at the Andover DoubleTree was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s rest. Service throughout the hotel was consistently great. Close proximity to Boston and New Hampshire are a plus!||Breakfast was really good and a nice way to start the day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better.||Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend the Andover DoubleTree to anyone staying in the area.

Positive: The bar and easy check in. Negative: Dirty items left in my room. And had bugs in my room. Must also be the only hotel in the area without a complimentary breakfast option.And before the time to check out, the house keeper tried walking in my room with out knocking. Was rushing me to leave.

Me & my family stay at this hotel when we want to step away from home for a day and enjoy our company, pool, the in-house restaurant and play pooltable in the area downstairs. We love this hotel & they sell snacks right behind the reception desk! Rooms are cozy , beds are comfy, it’s local for us and the service is homey! We will keep coming back to our get away hotel. :)

I took a business trip to this location. Since my company booked the hotel I knew nothing of the area or rules. At check in, I was informed that as a Hilton member I get a food and beverage credit. I was also informed that my breakfast was included with my room. I stayed about a week and upon check out, I was charged for the one day of breakfast I had (which I barely ate or enjoyed). At check out, I told the lady that both myself and the other individual checked in for business were told that breakfast was included. The lady checking me out said the manager will get back to me. I wait a few days and call about the same matter and I am told I should have known that my room had no breakfast included. Which makes no sense because I do not work for Hilton. I can not claim to know more than the

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and though my experience both times were fine, I still prefer Marriott. Please note that both stays were paid by a company I work for so I cannot speak on the price of my stays. I also did not have the ability to select a specific room. The rooms were nothing to write home about but they also weren’t bad by any means. I was very surprised that there wasn’t a microwave in either room I stayed in. The rooms I stayed in also didn’t have the greatest bathroom layout as the sink/mirror were outside the bathroom in a carpeted area.. though I’m sure that could be a bonus for couples or families. The service was pleasant and check in was fast. I was very impressed that they had allergy friendly complimentary cookies available. While the cookies themselves s
