I want to leave a review which I normally don’t. I don’t like to mess with stuff like this however, I left an extended stay hotel and came to this hotel the hometown in hopes of a better stay. I most definitely will keep staying at this one, there’s not kids running up and down the halls it’s clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Love the full size fridge in the room. I don’t have to go out and eat every night and the place is extremely quiet, which is what I like the most I get up early in the morning for work and I have no problem sleeping here. I will let all my guys know to come to this hotel.|The staff did let me know they’re adding coffee to their front desk. That’s a big bonus .

Positive: The staff. The ladies at the front desk. I’m so bad with names. The 3 I felt with were amazing. It’s people like them that make it to where this is the ONLY place I’ll stay when in Bentonville. Thank you ladies. Negative: Leaving

I recommend if you are looking for a hotel, this is the one. Marcia is amazing! Any problem I had she made sure it was taken care of asap. I honestly have never seen someone so dedicated to their job and it is much appreciated!! Marcia you are awesome when it comes to customer support and service!! The world needs more people like you for sure!! Great job and keep it up!! I hope if I ever stay there again to see your beautiful face!! Thank you for all your hard work!!

This was an awful experience but could have been worse as i was able to cancel my reservation and go to the Hilton next door. We walked up to the counter about 1230pm the gruff lady behind the counter was quite rude and chugging a cigarette so hard and blowing on us as she talked. She quickly told us we have to go because check in isn’t until 3pm. We can definitely could tell she didn’t care weighed we were here or not. We just walked out side to decide what we needed to do for 2.5 hours and made a business call. After about 5 minutes she went outside and fussing at some other guy sitting at a table how he had to go and couldn’t wait here that he could come back at 3pm. He gave aid to her something then she realized he was the wrong person she was looking for us and let us know

Mary and Darla at the front desk will keep you smiling. All the staff are very attentive and professional. Rooms are kept clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We couldn't be more satisfied with our accomodations. 10 out 10 from me!
