If I could give a negative five stars for this place I would. Some friends had booked a reservation for this location, who drove through the night to come see me from several states away. They were explicitly reassured on the phone that their room was still secured if they were to arrive late due to traffic in NY. Upon reaching the destination the front desk told they were a no-show. They weren’t helped in the slightest and brushed off with no remorse at 2am in the cold. I’m not sure who’s allowing the run desk to run wild with such an indecisive reception desk. 10000/10 would not recommend even with their cheap prices.

Avoid. It’s used to home people and as a result there were groups hanging around with dogs and a strong smell of weed. We checked in but moved on as we didn’t feel safe here. |There were abandoned cars, old tyres and lorry trailers abandoned in the car park. |We tried to get a refund from Hotels dot com but they weren’t interested, will not use them again if this is the kind of place they recommend.

Positive: Clean bed linens. Negative: The hotel was a little sketchy. Homeless going through dumpster at the hotel. Room was not worth amount charged. Very run down. Appears to have people living in several of the rooms. Dead mouse outside the door. Did not see until leaving the next morning.

I had booked a room for 10/18 as I was set to arrive in NY at 3:30pm. I booked it sitting on the plane. Imagine my surprise when we then redocked and had to exit the plane. This happened 3x. We ultimately didn’t arrive into NY until 1:30am, so too late to then drive to Mystic. Once knowing we were not taking off I immediately tried to cancel my reservation. Priceline said they’d have to email the hotel. Today is 11/5, Priceline just informed me that the hotel will not refund my room. My advice to any future traveler, DO NOT book with them unless you’re 100% sure you will make it. I was bummed my travel plans didn’t go off as planned, but super upsetting to find out a hotel would keep $100+ dollars for not performing a service they were paid for when it’s difficult to control an ai

I would like to thank Mrs. Ana for having the best brewing coffee every morning. I had already wrote a review about the rest of the wonderful crew. Sandy, Rawge,lovling. They are definitely a great group of people that make your stay if not as easy as Sunday morning. Thank you guys and MRS. ANA I miss your coffee already. I highly recommend this location to anyone for what ever reason your travels might be. Kindly SH
