I was needing a room for my son, his wife and their 2 and 1 year old children. I was trying to find something quickly due to a bad situation, I was using my account through Expedia and decided on this Hotel. It was 2:00 am Thursday night/Friday morning when I was checking them in. I was too tired to notice when it booked the room, it set it up for checkin after 3:00 pm on Friday. I was so upset, but the young man at the desk was very nice. He had me pay an extra $25 to cover checking in early. I only wanted to pay for 1 night, but ended up paying for 2 nights, along with a $50 refundable security deposit, The original charge through Expedia was $65, the with taxes and fees of $9.74 and $9 Stay Protection Plan, I paid $83.74 for the first night. I've stayed there twice this year, first in April, then again in September. Both times were due to deaths in the family, the second one being my mother. I was there for about 10 to 12 days each time. I love this hotel and will always stay there when I'm in Longview. Their rates are very fair. The ice machine works great, which is wonderful, because I go through at least a bucket of ice every day. When there were minor issues with my room, they corrected them immediately. The people who work there are so very nice! This last time, my room was on the second floor, but there isn't an elevator, so the man who checked me in carried my heavy bags up to my room for me. The front desk person was very friendly and the stay was exactly what we hoped it would be, very nice for the price point. If you are just staying a day or two, this place is more than adequate.

I went to call to see how much it would be for my people and my service animals plus one reg animal, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and laughed at me. Do not appreciate that whatsoever. Please do better yall
