The on-site staff are really nice and the lobby and beds are comfortable, but Room 508 needs some serious attention. The sofa is disgusting, the air vent needs to be changed (not just the filter), and management needs to do better oversight of general room conditions. Some of our group (in another room) had trouble sleeping because they could hear a dog barking in an adjacent room all night. And for all of us, even on the 5th (top) floor, we could hear the cars on the nearby freeway. This was especially annoying at night and in the early morning.

Positive: Atmosphere and staff Negative: The pool was a little cold and the gas grill wasn't user friendly and didn't get hot.

During a very difficult time when my fathers apartment building had been temporarily condemned due to a flooding and lack of electricity and water, his renters insurance placed us at The Home2 Suites in Silver Spring. After several days of confusion and struggle, with my father being on oxygen and disabled, I cannot describe to you the wonderful experience that Faynus provided to us during our stay at Home2 Suites! From the very beginning, as we checked in late at night, exhausted and stressed out, her amazing demeanor was a beacon of peace and comfort. She was patient, accommodating and a true angelic presence! During our stay, she continued to be every hotel guests dream Representative! She went way above and far beyond to ensure our stay at Hhome2 was the best it could possibly be

I went to see a concert at the Fillmore in Silver Spring. This hotel was wonderfully located just off the beltway and a quick and very easy drive to the venue. I was also able to grab a quick bite right across the street from the hotel before the concert. The hotel and my room were extremely clean and comfortable. And being a solo guest, I felt very safe. The room itself was very spacious and modern and also had a kitchenette. It is run by a very friendly and professional staff as well. I'd stay here again for my next concert😊

We had such a great experience! We not only were there as guests, but also reserved a conference room for a group of 20 people. So we had experiences with not only the front desk but also the sales department. Everyone was so great to work with. Greeted us with a smile and genuine as though we were long time friends. I even went outside to enjoy the crisp Fall weather morning and they came out to light the 'fireplace' out on the patio for me! We stayed in a suite which was perfect for the length of our stay. For booking the conference room, Mike was so thorough, welcoming, even made sure to show us the room that was all set up for us in advance. Centrally located and perfect for our stay. Too many great team members to name/thank! Thank you! We will be back!
