Three nights. Three different Hiltons. Three unique experiences. One similarity: The best customer service around. After our first Home2 experience, I wasn’t sure we’d try another. However, this was the only well-rated option available in the area, and I’m so glad we gave it a chance. This stay was night and day compared to the first. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the lobby was immaculate. Our room felt much more welcoming and less sterile, and we had a beautiful ocean-view balcony for a very reasonable price. Every front desk staff member we interacted with (especially Kristy) was lovely. One thing that really stood out was how much the staff clearly respects and appreciates their manager. From the moment we got there till the minute we left it we give this hotel five stars Winston you were awesome. We were sitting in the hot tub. The pool attendant asked if we wanted the Jets on then he started the fire for us. He was so sweet. I don’t know his name whoever worked Wednesday night two 2526. We love the hotel. It was right on the beach and we had a beach view from our balcony. Definitely will be back again, thank you home2, Ormond Beach.

We've stayed in several hotels, but we loved this one, from the cleanliness to the staff's service. Everyone greets you and makes themselves known. The breakfast is exquisite, and the lady named Alice Miller is very attentive to all the guests, as are the others. Overall, everything is perfect. We will definitely return.

Overall experience 8/10. Beautiful balcony views from oceanfront units. Kind staff and okay breakfast (hot food was lukewarm most mornings). We stayed in an end unit (301). It is a nice hotel, but a few areas that could be improved are the shower heads, lighting in the bathroom is very dim, and the rugs need to be deep cleaned. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay with nice views.
