Stayed there a month for business. Service was great. When room was cleaned the did a fantastic job, and did the extra touches that made it bearable to be away from home. Daughter sent a stuffed animal with me, housecleaning had it front and center on a fresh made bed. Rooms were spotless. If you need to be close to U of L this is the place to stay.

Positive: The room size Negative: My room was dirty we found chicken bones on the floor from a previous guest refrigerator dusty check out staff very rude when proceeded to tell me to read a sign about a $250 party fee

Ok, I typically don’t leave reviews, and I have stayed in a lot of last minute places, as well as those I made reservations. This one sure looked nice in the photos, however, it was runs down, dirty and in need of repair. Not to mention, in our group, 3 of our rooms needed bedding changes. They reuse bedding, without being washed between peoples stays. Nasty!!! Pulled back the cover and not only could you see the sheets had not been changed, the pillows stunk, and there was hair on the bed sheets. Gross!!! 🤢 This is absolutely unacceptable! Their cleaning crew is NOT cleaning! The bathroom had calling fixes on the broken mirrors, peeling wall paper, and broken tiles in the shower. Breakfast… we went out!

The staff did a great job accommodating us given our late arrival. Rooms were well laid out, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff! We stayed here with our 2 pugs, during Pugfest! The rooms were spacious and clean.||Jerry at the front desk was amazing, he's so helpful!||We weren't from the area and had ordered a pizza l couldn't locate the driver and Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly where the delivery guy would be! They have a shuttle that is so nice, Avery drove us to Pugfest, and again Amazing she helped us pack up the stroller for our aging pug.. when it was time to leave Pug fest we called the hotel and in about 5 min Wayne was there with a smile and very helpful, he helped us load all our packages and stroller in the back then drove us back to the Hotel.. I would definitely stay here again with my pugs! Customer service is the best here!
