Absolutely Wonderfull! The hotel is fresh, clean, and pretty. The location is excellent as it's in a shopping area, so anything you may need is right around the corner. The area is not too far from major parks which is great if you want to be close without outrageous prices and away from huge crowds. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The breakfast is slightly different each day so always tasting fresh. The lounge area is excellent to just sit an relax for a moment,. And can't forget the coffee! My wife will literally find any reason to head down to grab a cup of coffee. It was too cold during our visit to enjoy the pool, however the pool area did look nice, I imagine kids would have a great time.

This is a new hotel. The hotel, rooms, hallways and the parking areas are very clean. The suites are very spacious. It offers an appropriate size kitchenette and the bathroom is definitely adequately sized. This hotel is located close to the main interstate, restaurants and shopping. The only issue that made this stay disappointing solely relates to the manner in which the front desk clerk acted. When we entered this hotel, there was no one at the front desk. A young lady walked up, after obviously visiting the cookie bar, and logged into the computer. While chewing her cookie, she never looked up nor did she acknowledge our presence until we said something. I booked one room for two nights at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lakeland North I-4 through my company’s internal travel booking website, which employees use to reserve work accommodations. Before arriving, I checked in through the Hilton app and selected my room as prompted. When I arrived early at the hotel, I went to the front desk to see if the room was ready and to get a physical key. The receptionist said she did not see the mobile check-in room listed in their system and recommended assigning me a different room instead. I accepted the room she gave me, which then updated on my phone. The stay itself was fine with no complaints. At checkout, I received a bill showing only one room for two nights, which matched what I booked and experienced. Everything looked correct, so I submitted that

Ryan and Nathan took care of my family that were in town for the holidays. They were so kind, and all of the staff did a great job in ensuring a smooth and clean stay! The property is brand new and has spacious rooms and free breakfast. I’d recommend this new property to anyone staying in Lakeland!
